Vickers Flex Plate Hydraulic Double Pumps – Shaft End Outlet Body

There are two outlet body layouts with two shaft seals that are options for these pumps.  If you have a single pump the steel ball is mashed into the body.  On the double shaft seal units, a plastic plug is used to seal the body off from draining.  And it doesn’t let any contamination in between the seals. The shaft seal ratings are: outer – 7 PSI and the inner is 2 PSI.  When you have a double shaft seal unit, it will have a different design and may not go with other models. It is due to the extra shaft shoulder length so that it makes room for the second shaft seal.
