VA20 & VG20 Hydraulic Oil Directional Control Valves – Low Boy Working Sections

The sizes are for a valve that is manually operated with a spring return. These models are open centered and are a stack type of valves that are made to handle heavy duty mobile machinery processes. These units can go with either fixed or variable directional pumps.

They also work with pressure compensated pumps. As a closed center unit they can do so by using a power beyond its outlet and plugging the high pressure port. They do come in parparallel or series circuits.

These low boys used in many circuits needing the main relief valve protection given by a cartridge relief at the inlet. The lower profile suits it in these types of applications that have compact banks like mining equipment for example. Since these don’t need as much material and machining, cost less to use.
