Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 90 Manifold Change On MDC w/DC Electric Solenoid Override

For customers in Europe to use our product also, we changed the manifold that hooks to the front of the MDC housing.

The European style has a solenoid valve that has to have a thicker manifold to give clearance between the solenoid and the front of the MDC housing. The new style manifold will stick out closer to the mounting flange of the pump, reducing dim. of about .2 inches.

The thicker manifold has to have a longer screw and uses either the US or European sourced solenoid.

This change took place in March 1995. The old style will be obsolete.
