Put these valves in a double acting or single acting air cylinder to get the most speed. When you don’t no flow control valve build up, use a quick exhaust valve and an adjustable exhaust as an extra part for one cylinder when you want more speed control when going in one direction. To go the other way you will need to adjust exhaust at the valve. When it is a shuttle valve you will need to put separate lines to the inlet exhaust ports and output port to a single area and you can have two separate pressures going to a single area.
