4 Way Valves

4 Way Valves

This is a unattached blender valve. It needs to be put in a line to each bleed port. When you press on one of the valves briefly it will make the valve move. It will stay that way til the other valve moves briefly is mashed, it will make it o move back to the initial position.

Whether it is brief or stays there all the time, when it goes to one side of the valve it will move some. This pilot will stay where you put it until pilot pressure is added to the other side. This will make the valve go back to the initial area. If it stays there all the time, it needs to be released before the other pilot is functional. Pilot pressure needs to be 25% of the working pressure.

Uninterrupted pilot pressure put on the valve will help keep it in its right position. When the pilot pressure is let out the valve will go back to the initial position. It needs to be 25% of the working pressure. The least amount is 30 psi.

You can put two or more of these valves together while using a single inlet port. You can use one or a combo of valves on this type of mounting.

These units lower your cost by giving some type of stationary piping of the ordinary inlet and cylinder ports. You can use one or a combo of valves on this type of mounting.

these have different areas that have inlet ports on these drawings so you can use vertical mountings.

On the single valve you need to have contact to the electrical to make the valve stay in the right place. Once the electrical is not connected it goes back to the initial place. The double valve can have a brief or stay in same place electrical contact so it will stay in the right place. And it will stay there til the other valve is renewed and that will make it go back to the initial area. If you need a sustained contact, the first valve will have to be cut off before the other one is renewed.

Sizes that are on the diagrams you can mount on two valves. If you want additional valves you will need to add 1 1/16″ to it. If you have three and four mountings there are additional holes given and will not be on there so tight for more valves to put on. Cylinder ports can be put on there too 1/8 npt. There is a single solenoid extra housing you can see that are colored in shade for A drawing and use the whole diagram for double solenoid B.
