Grease the oring (4) and put it into the groove of the control seat (7) and then put in the seat into the bore of the valve body (3). Try not to damage when installing.

Put the cone washer (8) and compression spring (10) over the shoulder of the cone (9) and insert into the bore of the valve body (3).

Grease oring (11) and put it into the groove of the seat piston (12). Place the seat piston into the bore of the valve body (3) using precaustions to making sure the post of the piston (12) is carefully put into the ID of the spring (10).

Next put in the adjusting plug (13) and tighten it up good.

Now use the assemble nut (14) to screw (15) and put in the shims that are needed to make sure the pressure setting is on the start up. Install this screw assy into adjusting plug (13) until there is some spring tension is felt and tighten up the nut (14).
