On bearing life it will be longer than your unit life at rated usage of shaft speeds with no external loads.

These pumps are made to handle external radial and thrust loads.  The radial shaft depends on load position, load orientation and operation of unit.

To determine your radial load, external moment and distance from the flange to the load. You can also read the chart below to help you with that.

External shaft loads will effect your bearing life. In some processes the external shaft load can’t avoid the impact on the life of the bearing without repositioning the load to different positions of degrees.
