Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series Optional Implement Relief Valve

When operating the auxiliary equipment it most officiant for the implements within the excess of the charge pump supply. In most cases a second relief valve is needed to the transmission circuit that lets the intermittent operation of the charge pump at its highest pressure (800 PSI). The implement circuit needs to be “OPEN CENTER” kind, so that when the operation exceeds the charge pump flow, it will spill near the charge relief valve.  And when this is at a normal setting the charge pressure goes thru the implement circuit and into the pup housing. At the time the implement circuit is going to operated the charge pressure will build up to the highest setting of the relief valve.
