Hydraulic control and pilot pressure detached. The pressure control tells the overlays for the HD activity. If the load moves or goes down in the swivel angle of the motor it will make the system pressure to go up. The motor will swivel also and cause a higher angle than when the pressure arrives at the value st on the control. When you go up in the displacement and going down in pressure will make the controller go off track to going down. The surge in displacement of the motor will increase the torque and the pressure will stay the same.

HD.E pressure control with a spot on second pressure setting. Sizes 28 to 200 When you put the external pilot pressure to port G2 lets the pressure regulator setting to cancel itself out and a second setting to be activated. G2 = 725 psi. When you tell them about the second pressure setting you need to tell them specifically when you order it the settings. HD.D When you hook up second pressure setting it is standard. Hooking it up to G2 lets you to cancel out the first one and let the second pressure setting to be used. And again specify that when ordering this. HD.G remote pressure control. When the optimum pressure is where you want it, the motor, the remote pressure goes to max displacement. Pressure relief valve takes over the internal discharge stop valve. This part is different than the motor and hooked to X3. When set point pressure is not obtained, the valve will get pressure from either side and along with the spring force it stays shut. The set point is between 1160/5100 psi. If the pressure is at it’s point it will open and the pressure on the reservoir side of the spring goes down. The internal control valve switches and the the motor swivels to highest displacement. The pressure for differential on the valve is 365 psi.
HD.1 If you have a climb of pilot pressure of 145 psi on port Xit will make a decline in the displacement from Vg max to ) cm (28 thru 200 size) or from Vg max to 0.2 Vg max (250 to 1000) Starting ranges 30-290 psi……HD.2 If you have a climb of pilot pressure of 365 psi on port Xit will make a decline in the displacement from 0 Vg max to ) cm (28 thru 200 size) or from Vg max to 0.2 Vg max (250 to 1000) Starting ranges 75-725 psi….HD.3 If you have a climb of pilot pressure of 508 psi on port Xit will make a decline in the displacement from Vg max to ) cm (28 thru 200 size) or from Vg max to 0.2 Vg max (250 to 1000) Starting ranges 102-725 psi

The pilot pressure is separate from the hydraulic motor system, since it lets a constant control of displacement, that hinges on the pilot pressure signal. The control is comparable to the pilot pressure that it has on port X.

This is only applies to sizes 250 – 1000

The start of control and specifics are controlled by the pressure in the case. If there is a climb in pressure it will make it go higher when you go to start the control and similar movement of the performance curve. Your fluids might leak out from port X at about .08 gpm if you have inside leaking due to operating pressure. The stimulus needs to be made so the right amount of control pressure is used.
