Rexroth Double Rod Cylinder

These double rod cylinders are attainable in almost every mounting style except for clevis or pin type.

The bore size of 1 1/2″ -6″ have square retainers and same size on the head at both ends. They are held in place by the tie rod nuts and can’t be loosened with the tie rod ends. The 8″- 14″ bores have retainers to the “XN” dimension.

The solid head and cap flange mounts are the most strongest and rigid of the cylinders. It helps out with tension applications. The cap flange helps out with thrust applications.

When talking about double rod end cylinders are on most fixed non adjustable cushion on both ends. The cap flange as well as the head can be found on fixed non adjustable cushion on the head end and cushion the blind end.
