This type of board is made to transform low level signals into power signals that is needed to make the solenoids on the particular electrical board to perform the instructions for commands to do the job. Here are some characteristics for this unit.
Electronic LVDT -null not much time needed for setup.
Dual Ramps – want have as much wear and tear on your hydraulic unit.
Deadband Compensation – gives off enough voltage to the bias for the mechanical overlay to the spool to the body.
Spool Travel Limits – lessens the actuator from running to long and helps with the speed to the control.
Diagnostic LED – reduce set up time and makes it easier to do troubleshooting.
Diagnostic Test Points – reduces set up on the board and makes it easier to troubleshoot.
Fault or Cable Break – gives it a safety circuit that will position itself in the center. * this is for temps that go above regular ranges for this specific unit.

Card Holder

This will give you selections for shutting of the power to the solenoids to avoid errors. It has a fault detection that visually displays the workings of the LVDT signal it puts out and its importance of the error signal in order to correct the problem. And it will stay lit up til the problem has been fixed.

Sizes of the board
