You coupling arrangement is a wet design, the main pump doesn’t have a back shaft seal. The adapter will fill up with fluid and help it to cool your coupling.
When you trailing pump goes over 65lbs you will need to use the trailing pump on the bottom right. And you will need to put in the rolling pins before you put it together.
