Also, the older end cap gasket will no longer be available. Nor can you get them for service parts either. You can put the new end cap gasket on the vintage models. And you absolutely have to use new cap gaskets with new end caps.
The older style end cap gaskets will be able to go the vintage pumps for repair, and they are available as service parts.
