Some of the pulse pick ups that are on the pumps and motors between June 1992 and April 1994 were found to be defective. They were corrosion on the internal circuitry.
The corrosion of the internal circuitry can have intermittent operation or partial loss of signal and eventual failure.
The picture shows what an installation looks like of the silver color of the potentially defective pulse pick up body. It needs to be replaced with a pulse pick up body that is black in color.
