The variance of the air temperature between oil changes and use of oil viscosity, you will need to refer to the chart provided.

John Deere recommends using HYGard Transmission and Hydraulic Oil.

Engine oil SAE or 10W while needing one or more of the following:

API Service CD/SF, CD/SE, CD/SD, CD/SC (MIL-L 2194D, MIL-L-2194C)

John Deere All Weather Hydrostatic Oil.
