John Deere 655B/755B Crawler Flat Face Oring Seal Fittings

Look over the fittings seal area, cannot be nicked,marked or burred in anyway.

Put lubrication on the orings and put it in the groove using petroleum jelly. It will help hold it in place.

After lubricating it push the oring into the groove so it want get displaced during assembly.

Put the angel fitting in and tighten by hand while pressing joint together , while making sure oring stays in place.

Tighten the fittings or nut to the torque values on the chart per dash size that is stamped on the fitting. Also, make sure the hose doesn’t twist while tightening.
