This is a metal bearing sleeve with drilled out holes that are filled with pre molded dry lubricated plugs that supply lubrication. This bushing is more for high temperatures and really heavy loads. When you have a location your using your machine in, these bearings are used when it is hard or impossible for it to lubricate itself to perform the job at hand. But these bushing are up for the task.
