Your manufactures specs on torque values, should be used instead  of these. The chart shows a general set of values for certain applications.

If you are using shear bolts (will fail under heavy loads) need to be replaced with better grades of bolts to with stand the heavier loads. Same with fasteners also. Always make sure your bolts, screws and fasteners are always clean when installing them into your unit. This way it doesn’t fail when you need it to perform it’s best.
