This affects M46 variable displacement pumps and tandem pumps. It has improved the control options on these pumps. The controls function to return to the neutral position by by lowering the potential of the control to bind and getting out of the neutral position.

The control kit has either been altered or upgraded, so single components from the older modes are not interchangeable with the newer parts. The whole control is interchangeable. Parts within the kit will have updated part numbers. And all newer kits of course have the updated parts in them. And the older parts are no longer available.
