First you need to take off the relief valve hex plug. Take the spring and poppet out of the housing. Try not to damage the shims or other interchangeable parts. Look over the poppet and mating seat in the end cap for marks or debris.
Put the poppet, spring and plug (with shims and oring) back in the housing. Torquing the plug using 30-70lbs.
