Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 90 – Servo Arm Interference

There is a servo arm interference on these models 90, 042, 055, 075 and 100 frame sizes. The was built in 1992. It happens when the swashplate holds down the bracket on the servo arm and speed sensor ring. It can be put on the cylinder block as an extra option on your pump.

There is a new bracket that has been developed to give enough space for the speed sensor ring.

If you have a cylinder block that has a speed sensor ring on it, you will need the servo arm assy. also for the new style hold down bracket.

If you have a pump build around or after 1994, the new style of bracket will already be on there.

Units before that, you will need to call the dealer or someone who can fix that problem for you, if you are having issues with the  swashplate and hold down bracket.
