Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 90 – Install Leveler Spring Seat

Earlier model pumps didn’t have swashplate leveler spring seat that you could take out.

Put the inner spring spacer washers and then put in the new side cover oring.

Make sure to hold the swashplate leveler in the direction of the end cap end of the housing so the leveler can clear the side of the swashplate right thru the side cover installation. Put in the side cover and swashplate leveler.

Put in two side cover screws finger tight into the blind holes in the housing, to grasp the cover while seeing if the zero angle position of the swashplate.
