Liquid Pumps That Are Air Driven
When looking at this chart you will note that the curve that has the black lines that are not dash lines tell the output flow in opposition to the pressure from each of the units that have four individual air drive pressures. On the lines that are broken give you some idea of the air drive flow needed a certain performance.
A.- M Type 500 PSI – 15000 PSI on eight different units. 0-3 gpm flow span Can be used on construction like for water, oil and chemical operations.
B. – XH Type 150 PSI – 1000000 PSI on 34 different units. 0 – 20 gpm flow span Can be used on construction like for water, oil, bitter cold temps and different arrangements for double pumps.
C. – G Type 1000 PSi – 10000 PSI for four different units. 0-15 gpm flow span Can be used on construction like for a few chemical operations, oil and water.
D. – 8″ Air Drive Type 1500 PSI – 22500 PSI on seven different units. 0-12 gpm flow span Can be used on construction like on water, oil and different arrangements for double pumps;.
E. – 14″ Air Drive Type 6000 PSi – 36000 PSI on two different units. 0-3 gpm flow span Can be used on construction on water and oil operations.
The most widely use is for molding presses, filter presses or equipment that needed to hold it’s cycles for long periods of time. Also on a pump that is not going to leak in either the air or liquid procedures. Some other features for this unit are air controls, intense cycling, outside air pilot port, low drive pressure and single acting drive. Some other uses for these pumps are hydraulic tools and jacks, valve actuators and hydrostatic testing. And for bottom inlets use 4B Series.
