Sundstrand Sauer Danfoss Series 40 Servicing a Control Sleeve

Sundstrand is improving the maintenance of it’s control sleeve on models M46 single and tandem pumps. This means the feedback will be expanded for the slot width of the control valve sleeve. It is interchangeable for this model number and newer models, A-86-14-xxxxx. If you have an earlier model will need to contact a supplier.
When you are putting this back together make sure the slot is align with the feedback roll pin. You will need to make sure there is no wiggle room at all between the roll pin and the slot of the control sleeve. If you so happen to have some wiggle room you will have to change the feedback pin.
In the assembly there is an Oring and backup ring setup.
