Oil Cooler Cleaning Instructions

Ø The hydraulic-hydrostatic oil cooler must be removed from the machine and taken to a company that can adequately clean and core it out, preferably a certified radiator shop.

Ø The oil cooler must be placed in vat and cored out, do not place in acid vat as fins are made of aluminum.

Ø After removing from vat, use cheese cloth on the bottom output and force naptha or diesel from the top down with force to check again for any debris.

Ø Shake unit, if any rattling at all, purchase a new oil cooler

Ø A copy of these signed instructions and customers receipt must be forwarded to our company so that we can put it on file.

Ø IMPORTANT: High pressure hosing and/or flushing does not qualify for warranty procedure.

*** IF OIL COOLER CANNOT BE 100% FREE OF DEBRIS IT MUST BE REPLACED ***
